Powercrete

Powercrete R-95 and R-150 are 100% solids, 2-part liquid epoxy field joint coating for corrosion prevention on steel pipelines and used as a pipeline mainline coating, field joint coating or coating repair product operating at maximum temperatures up to 150°C (300°F).

Powercrete R-95 and R-150 can be used for extra protection on top of FBE mainline coatings or as a DTM (direct to metal) coating when an increased temperature and chemical resistance is required.

• High temperature and chemical resistance

• Excellent adhesion to FBE and abrasive blasted steel

• Excellent cathodic disbondment

• Excellent wastewater and sulphuric acid resistance
