To enhance the thickness of the pipe wall and ensure the continued structural soundness of the pipeline, reinforcement services will be undertaken.

 

Our product, known as Reinforcekit 4D (R4D), constitutes a wet lay system that is applied in a helical manner around the pipe. This application serves to provide mechanical strength to sections of the pipe that have sustained damage, utilizing a varying number of layers. The specific value for layer count is determined based on factors such as pressure, temperature, pipe diameter and thickness, as well as pit depth, pit length, steel type, and pipe orientation. The necessary repair designs and material specifications are generated by the 3x Software following the assimilation of information in accordance with the ASME B31G, ISO 24.817, and ASME PCC-2 codes and standards.

 

The REINFORCEKiT® 4D system is functional within a temperature range spanning from -50°C (-58°F) to +150°C (+302°F), rendering it suitable for the repair and strengthening of pipelines that are vulnerable to corrosion, both externally and internally, leaks (in situations requiring a specialized live repair procedure), dents, and mechanical harm. This system serves to reinstate the pipeline's integrity and serves as a deterrent against further degradation. Comprising a composite casing, it is assembled using 400gsm Kevlar® tape and a high-strength ceramic epoxy.

STOPKIT stands as the foremost repair system globally, offering the remarkable capability to swiftly halt leaks while the system is operational, typically accomplished within mere minutes. This solution is designed to serve as an immediate and provisional remedy, applicable across a diverse spectrum of scenarios.

The STOPKIT system is an inventive, patented approach that involves the application of rubber patches in conjunction with a tightening procedure. Through this mechanism, the rubber exerts pressure, effecting a seal over the leak by securely adhering the patch to the compromised area.
